Paul provided excellent communication before his very prompt arrival. After asking for my explanation of the problem, he explained the diagnostic process, the likely outcome and approximate cost. Great service, professional and friendly throughout.
Paul was extremely helpful and also diagnosed my car and explained the faults so that a non-technical person can understand. He also very quickly identified the cause of an issue I had, which the Mercedes dealers couldn't identify.
