If you have a fault with your Mercedes vehicle and I cannot assist you over the phone, I’ll need to come out to your location and assess the vehicle’s current condition; as well as to perform some tests.

From my arrival on scene it will normally take me no less than an hour to diagnose the problem with your vehicle.

Mercedes cars are very complex machines; they all have number sensors that continually monitor the various systems on a vehicle.

"Great guy with complete knowledge of Mercedes. Gave very valuable advice for the repairs."

These sensors continuously report to the ECUs for different systems, providing real-time performance data.

If a fault occurs, an instrument panel light may or may not indicate the problem, but a ‘fault code’ will definitely be logged in the ECU. These fault codes, along with data from other Mercedes ECUs on the vehicle, can only be effectively read with the correct diagnostic tool with which I use.

It analyses the car’s entire electronic system and receives regular updates on new technical data. After completing the analysis, I will process the results and conduct further tests to precisely identify the fault.

The findings are timed and dated, printed, and you can receive a copy of the report upon completion for your personal reference.

Customer complaints about their vehicles don’t always result in fault codes. Diagnosing issues isn’t just a matter of plugging in a computer and reading an error message; it requires specialized knowledge of the brand to perform targeted testing. With your authorization, I can accurately identify and fix the issue.

If I have the required part on hand, a second appointment is usually unnecessary. If the part needs to be ordered or collected, a follow-up appointment may be necessary.

I avoid guessing the cause of a problem. Given the cost of parts and the non-returnable nature of electrical items, I ensure accuracy to protect both my reputation and your investment.

"Great mechanic. I was very impressed with the way the work was explained and carried out."

Some mechanics may guess and re-guess, eventually fixing the problem, but this often results in you, the customer, paying for their trial-and-error approach. In some cases, you might even be left with the same issue unresolved.
